Many members are still living with a partner who doesn't know what they know, in active legal proceedings, or connected to their partner's social network. Privacy is not a marketing line. It is the architecture.
Your full name is never publicly visible. Use "Sarah," "K.," or a name you'd want others to call you. Your real surname stays in admin records — for membership only, never displayed.
Many members use an illustration, abstract avatar, or initial. A photo of yourself is not required and not encouraged for this community.
The Compass Community is private. Posts, profiles, and conversations are not crawlable by search engines. What you write here doesn't surface in a Google search of your name.
Set who can DM you. Hide what you don't want shared. Members are not auto-connected to outside social media. No "find friends" features.
Never open to the public. Members enroll either through a Compass-trained clinician (cohort referral) or by direct paid membership. No drop-in, no observer access.
Community guidelines require confidentiality of what's shared inside. Members agree to these on joining. Violations are grounds for removal.
Founding rate is locked for life — even as new resources and members are added.
Cancel anytime. If cost is a barrier, reach out — we will figure it out.
